The overarching goal of the Compass Network is to create a strong partnership among schools for collective improvement. Through this partnership, schools work together to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational environment.
The Compass Network fosters collaboration among member schools, promoting the sharing of resources, expertise, and best practices. This collaboration enhances the overall educational experience, creating a supportive network that benefits both students and educators.

Organisational Structure
Due to the growing demand for schools to join Compass Education, we have made the strategic decision to separate our central services and school hubs. In order to ensure strong collaboration between partner school, any further expansion will see joining schools form new Network Hubs. Each network hub will act as a centre for collaboration, fostering peer learning, joint initiatives, and shared interventions. Lead schools within each hub will play a pivotal role in supporting best practices, ensuring effective communication, and driving innovation in inclusion. By structuring our network in this way, we aim to create a sustainable and scalable framework that can continue to grow while maintaining the high-quality support schools rely on.
The next opportunity for schools in Sheffield to join the network is June 2025.
